What areas are you currently serving?
Elegant Pumpkins currently serves South Wisconsin, with a focus on the Madison, Oconomowoc, and Lake Geneva areas. You can view our service map to check if we deliver to your home or business. If you're outside of our current delivery zone, we encourage you to fill out our Prospective Client Form—we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

What if I am not in your area?
We’d still love to hear from you! Just fill out our Prospective Client Form, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to serve your location or make special arrangements.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final after September 1 and no refunds will be issued. Orders placed before September 1 qualify for a 50% refund. Each pumpkin and decor item is hand-selected for quality and uniqueness, and natural variations are part of their charm. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Do I need to be home during delivery?
Nope! Our delivery and design team can complete your setup without anyone being home. We’ll make sure everything looks perfect while you go about your day.

My home has a security gate—how do I share access info?
If you have a gate that needs to be opened, we’ll coordinate ahead of time to let you know when we’re arriving so you can make arrangements for access. Easy and stress-free!

I have a dog—can they be outside during delivery?
For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that all pets be kept indoors during your delivery and pickup window. We want your pup—and our team—to stay safe and happy!

How should I prepare my porch?
To get the best results, we recommend power-washing your porch if needed, blowing off any fallen leaves and laying out any fall-themed rugs or doormats before our arrival. A clean and ready space helps your design shine!

Will the pumpkins go bad?
Pumpkins store longest when kept dry and cool. Because these pumpkins are outside on display, they are exposed to outdoor elements, so some natural wear is possible. That said, most should remain beautiful for the full display season.

What do you do with the pumpkins you pick-up?
We’re all about reducing waste! Once we collect your pumpkins and straw, we donate them to local 4-H groups where they’re repurposed as animal feed and bedding. It’s one more way we support sustainable agriculture in our community.
