Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final after September 1 and no refunds will be issued. Orders placed before September 1 qualify for a 50% refund. Orders placed before August 1 qualify for a full refund. Each pumpkin and decor item is hand-selected for quality and uniqueness, and natural variations are part of their charm. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
