Delivery Policy
Elegant Pumpkins delivers directly to your porch within our designated service areas. You do not need to be home at the time of delivery—our team will carefully stage your design and ensure everything is beautifully arranged. If your property includes gates or special access instructions, please share those details in advance so we can deliver without delay.

Deliveries are scheduled during daylight hours to ensure safety and optimal setup. While we strive to honor specific timing requests, delivery windows may vary based on weather and routing. We’ll notify you once your porch has been completed!

Inclement Weather

In the event of heavy rain, snow, or unsafe conditions, we may delay your delivery for the safety of our team and to protect your display materials. We will notify you of any delays and reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.

Late-Season Delivery

We accept new orders throughout the season, but please note that availability may be limited later in the fall due to supply and weather. We recommend booking early to ensure the best selection and a timely delivery.

Pickup Timing

All packages include the option of end-of-season pickup. Those interested will receive communication to coordinate a date toward the end of the season to remove your pumpkins and materials. If you have a specific timeframe in mind or need an early pickup, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
